2. Data we process
If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional telephone number, subject and message. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process the information you choose to provide. Limited technical data, such as IP address, browser type and request time, may be processed temporarily in server logs to keep the site secure and reliable.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use your data to respond to you, arrange services or activities and protect the website. Processing is based on your request, our legitimate interest in communicating and securing the site and, where required, your consent.
We do not use your data for newsletters, profiling or automated decision-making and we do not sell it.
4. Contact form and service providers
The form is transmitted by FormSubmit and delivered to our email environment. FormSubmit states that submissions are retained in its archive for up to 30 days. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information.
Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical data to keep the website available and secure. They may use that data only to provide their services.
5. Google Maps, WhatsApp and social media
The Google Maps map is loaded only after you choose to do so. Google may then process technical data and use cookies or similar technologies. Read Google’s privacy policy. If you open WhatsApp or a social media link, you leave our website and that provider’s policy applies. See, for example, WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
6. Retention
We keep contact messages only as long as necessary to handle your request and for no more than 12 months after the last contact, unless an ongoing arrangement or legal duty requires longer retention. Technical logs are kept only as long as necessary for security and troubleshooting.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Contact us at the email address above. We may request additional information to verify your identity.
You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or, if you live in France, the CNIL.
